Hi, I’m Monci Arciaga — a Christian missionary, storyteller, and content creator living in Japan.
Since 2011, I’ve been walking alongside the people of Japan, listening to their stories, learning their rhythms, and gently pointing to the hope found in Jesus. I believe that the gospel isn’t just something to be preached — it’s something to be lived, shared in community, and communicated with humility and creativity.
My journey has taken many forms: filmmaking, quiet conversations, parenting, street outreach, and simply being present in the everyday. I’m passionate about creating content that stirs curiosity, invites reflection, and opens up space for people to explore faith at their own pace.
I often find God in the ordinary — a shared meal, a quiet prayer, a testimony whispered in vulnerability. Through this blog and my creative work, I hope to capture and share those glimpses of light that point back to Jesus.
If you’re someone who’s curious about faith, passionate about Japan, or looking for a more grounded, meaningful way to live — I’m grateful you’re here. Let’s keep searching, creating, and sharing stories that matter.
